Hi there, I'm Cheryl Wahl, RHN, Fitness Leader and Personal Trainer.

I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2008.  I have a passion for whole foods, a balanced lifestyle and creating a healthy body through nutrition first.  I'm a wife and mother of two active boys, sister, daughter and friend.  I formerly taught classes at Inspire Health, a center dedicated to cancer support, education and alternative therapies. I love educating people, giving them the tools and knowledge to empower themselves; making small changes for a healthier body. 

Over the past couple of years, I have realized the importance of adding a fitness regime in becoming a healthy person.  I was an active teenager; swimming competitively, competing in gymnastics and baton, as well as cheerleading.  Skiing, both water and snow, have always been a part of my life, and bike riding and hiking have been a great way to clear the mind while exercising.

When I became a mom of my two boys, taking care of myself was put on the back burner.  I realized how important fitness is to good health, so I got back into fitness and am now healthier than ever.  My husband has been a runner for many years and I have decided to jump in and try it for myself.  I am in the process of training for my first triathlon.  Recently, I completed my fitness training and am a Certified Group Fitness Leader and a Personal Trainer.
