The Best Body Challenge 2013 is a no nonsense nutrition and lifestyle change program for those who are serious about achieving their weight loss and health goals in 2013. The Challenge is centered around educating Canadians on the benefits of eating whole foods in proper portion sizes and creating positive changes in daily lifestyle habits.
