At North Shore Nutrition & Fitness, we recognize that everyone is different.  Not only are each person's fitness goals and dreams different but so are your schedules, finances and levels of self-motivation.

These program options are available to suit your needs:
  • once a week or twice a week
  • one-on-one training, or bring a friend for mutual motivation
  • Have a group of 3-4 friends?  Let's make it a team effort!
  • Is your favourite gym in your house or apartment building? Or do you go to a gym?

All fitness sessions will start with a measure your level of fitness. This will include: Body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. A great starting point to set fitness goals and measure your progress!

I can train you in your home, the gym you work out at (additional fees may apply), our small home studio gym or the park!
