Our coaching system is designed to ensure that we support you every step of the way, especially when you feel overwhelmed and de-motivated.
Unlike other commercial one-size-fits-all diet programs, WOW! Weight Loss begins with an initial, private health assessment with your nutrition coach. The purpose of this assessment is for your coach to learn about your lifestyle and to identify health concerns you may or may not be aware of. At the end of your assessment you will work with your coach to co-create the perfect plan designed to help you identify and achieve your goals.
